A full refund applies to any mistake made by Kastor Energy for the shipment of incorrect products, after the goods are returned back to Kastor Energy. Any product that isn’t the same as what was ordered will be refunded 100% upon receival of goods. A 20% discount will be applied to the client if they choose to keep the products or a 10% discount for a replacement order.
Product must not be installed or tampered with in any case, as it is an electrical product, and used products cause liabilities.
Kastor Energy does not refund the original shipping fee paid with your order and does not pay for any shipping fees for returns.
Refunds will be available only after we receive the order returned to our warehouse. The order will be examined at the discretion of Kastor Energy and return minus adjustments, if applicable, will be credited back to clients within 5-7 business days after returned goods are received. The refund will be paid to the method of payment made at check-out. The credit will be returned within 5-7 business days if all return terms and conditions are completely met. Clients are requested to keep a copy of all the return documents and data including pictures if necessary to support their claim.

All orders $495 and over come with free shipping, Canada wide only at the moment, we are working on free shipping for U.S.A as well. If your order is under $495 then there is a flat shipping rate of 10% based on your order. Free shipping is not available for any auction items. Please allow 5-10 Business days to receive any stocked order. Once an order is made, your order summary will be sent to the given email. Tracking code will be sent to your email once the order has been fully processed. Please allow up to five business days before your tracking is made available.
